Tampa North Mini Club

Please complete the following information to participate in the 2024 Tampa North Mini-Club placement session. The form has multiple parts, navigate to each form using the “next” command at the bottom of each part. If you have previously registered this year (ie. 2024-25 Club Tryout) you will be able to skip entering most of the same information again. The final step will take you to the PayPal screen where you will be able to pay the non-refundable $25 fee (plus paypal fee)

*** Note: If you don’t have an existing PayPal account there is an option at the bottom of the screen to pay via credit/debit card as a guest. Additionally, we have been receiving reports of people getting a Paypal error message at the end of the registration process. If you experience one of these errors, we assure you that your registration has gone through and  a confirmation email will be sent as well as an email with alternative payment options ***
